The plasma-cutting machine has 1 oxygen head and 1 plasma head. The programming of the machine is done through a FAGOR controller. It has a program for nesting and all moves are done with high accuracy through a servomotor of PANASONIC!

DRILLING MACHINE:

The drilling machine has 20 hydraulic clamps for holding the plates. The high speed during the drilling is up to 480 rpm! The programming of the drilling is done through the FAGOR controller. All moves are done through a servomoter of PANASONIC so that the precision of drilling is just 0,05mm!

PUNCHING

The machine has the ability to punch round and oval holes up to 48 mm diameter. It has hydravlic punching unit with 3 punches which gives the advantage to punch three different holes in the same plate. The programming is through PLC.
